DTW23 in Copenhagen

After visiting DTW23, I came to three main conclusions:
1️⃣ The ubiquitous artificial intelligence has made its way to the communications sector. AI tools can drive breakthrough levels of automation for network optimization, predictive maintenance, advanced network security, and customer support. It will be an invaluable tool for service creation and hyper-personalization, essentials in delivering an exceptional subscriber experience.
2️⃣ The era of "plug-and-play" services has arrived. The transition to open, cloud-native architectures enables telcos to rapidly introduce new features, respond to customer demand, and scale network capacity up or down as required, making IT your business advantage.
3️⃣ While the power of connectivity continues to transform every aspect of our daily lives, communications sector growth has largely stagnated under the weight of outdated business models. To ignite growth, telcos must transform into "techcos", able to leverage next-generation connectivity and digital service opportunities. Otherwise, they risk becoming a thing of the past.
