Challenge

Slow performance affected sales, and the user interface was inefficient and outdated. The portal needed a new, convenient front-end layer with complex data visualizations.

Slow performance: One significant challenge we faced was addressing the slow performance that was affecting sales. The design of the patient data management system we had in place was outdated and required significant upgrading to improve its performance. 

Outdated user interface: The user interface was outdated and inefficient, making it difficult for users to navigate and access information. As a result, the system needed a new, convenient front-end layer that could provide a smooth experience for its users and access to patient data, while ensuring that all complex data is easy to read and make use of.

Solution

Based on this kit, we designed an interface that allows clinic staff to:

  • Manage the records of doctors and patients using company devices;

  • Manage company devices;

  • Track device use in real-time;

  • Receive notifications when device readings indicate a danger to the patient;

  • Generate reports on research results based on device readings;

  • View device usage statistics.
