Vitalii Dolotov

Vitalii oversees quality-related strategies and initiatives of Techstack. His primary focus is to spearhead the digital transformation and embed a data-driven culture, oversee the technological infrastructure to improve business performance, and monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways products can gain a competitive advantage.

Before Techstack, Vitalii has been doing software testing and has over 12 years of track record for today. In the late 2000s, he started as a manual QA specialist. After a couple of years, he immersed himself in QA Automation and became a Team Lead in 3 years. Today, there are more than 30 talented QAs in the QA Department managed by Vitalii who’s sharing knowledge and experience with them. Together with Techstack, he established a QA-as-a-Service department to provide custom and flexible QA-related services on demand at a specific stage of product development.

Vitalii’s biggest hobby is work. As he says, the highest achievements are possible only by doing something with passion. Through his articles published on Techstack's blog, Vitalii shares his insights on how products can successfully navigate the digital landscape and adopt a data-driven approach to their operations.

Technology stack: C#/Java + Selenium WebDriver; he also has experience with tools like Cypress, webdriver.io, and tools for performance testing like K6, JMeter/ BlazeMeter.
